Join us to review the public charge test and the relationship between use of public benefits and immigration status. Our presenters will discuss laws related to sensitive locations, the protection of personal information, and immigrant eligibility. Presenters will also discuss the latest changes in federal policies that affect public charge. This is an informational presentation to be delivered by Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles.
